Infant and toddler students got their hands dirty while learning how play supports physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. From problem-solving to sensory activities, it was a great way to understand the importance of play in learning and growth.
This week Miranda from Co-op Credit Union joined GETHS students for World of Work Wednesday! She shared info about credit unions and her job...and also handed out some fun prizes!

On Monday Jazmin Wagner, Wisconsin State FFA Secretary, came to the G-E-T Agriculture classes to teach about agriculture and the importance of FFA through games and activities. Each class we got to learn about FFA opportunities, leadership and communication skills, and personal development. Thank you Jazmin for spending the day with us!
Our HOSA- future healthcare professional students participated in the Fall Leadership Conference at EPIC systems in Verona. They learned about different careers, college choices and how to pursue their dreams.

The high school advisories recently held a door decorating contest, and the students' creativity was on full display! It was great to see the thought and effort they put into their designs.

The CNC Machining class went to Stellar Mold and Tool here in Galesville the other day. The class valued their experience a great deal and was shocked by everything they learned.
Last week the Fundamentals of Agriculture class was busy from making apple sauce to visiting Sunset Gardens to learn about the horticulture industry.
