S’mores with a twist! Our Foods students put their creativity to the test by designing and making their own unique s’mores recipes. From choosing their ingredients to roasting the perfect marshmallow, students had a sweet time experimenting in the kitchen!

A big thank you to our Science Department for letting us borrow the Bunsen burners and adding a little extra 🔥 to our lab! We appreciate you!

FCCLA Takes on Washington, D.C.!

This summer, 10 of our FCCLA students traveled to Washington, D.C., for the 2026 FCCLA National Leadership Conference, joining more than 10,000 FCCLA members, advisers, and guests from across the country.

Students competed on the national stage, attended leadership sessions, connected with FCCLA members from across the U.S., and explored our nation’s capital. Through these experiences, they strengthened their leadership, communication, teamwork, and independence.

We are so proud of their hard work and dedication and the way they represented our chapter, school, community, and Wisconsin!

🦅 Welcome to the High School, Class of 2030! 🦅

On Thursday, we hosted our future high schoolers for an incredible 8th Grade Move-Up Day! It was an action-packed day designed to give them a true taste of what’s to come.

Our incoming students stayed busy by:

🎒 Touring the facility and getting the lay of the land.

🎶 Learning the school song (special thanks to our HS Band!).

🍕 Enjoying lunch

🎨 Attending the Activities Fair to explore all the amazing clubs and sports available to them.

A massive shoutout to our fantastic "Red Hawk Flock" student leaders, who did an amazing job guiding the 8th graders and showing them what Red Hawk pride is all about!

We are so incredibly excited to welcome the Class of 2030 to the high school next fall. The future looks incredibly bright! ❤️🖤

A sweet day in Gourmet Foods! 🍬🍯

Students explored the art of candy making by preparing caramel in three different forms: rich caramel sauce, soft chewy caramels, and crunchy toffee crunch. Along the way, they practiced important culinary skills like temperature control, timing, and precision in the kitchen.

The classroom smelled amazing, and the finished treats were even better!
